Ann Witsil is Principal of Catalyst Strategies, a consulting firm based in Portland and Bend providing strategic planning facilitation and organizational and leadership development services to nonprofits, businesses and government agencies transitioning for impact.

Before affiliating with Second Page, Ann was an active member of the Nonprofit Association of Oregon’s former Executive Transition Service corps of experienced change-agents. In that capacity Ann has served as interim Executive Director assisting several large and small regional nonprofits experiencing significant leadership and organizational challenges.

Previously, Ann was Vice President of Strategic Planning and Market Research for US Bancorp, during a period of rapid international expansion. Later, Ann served as Director of Strategic Planning for Nike Equipment, Inc. and launched Nike’s global entre into the sports performance monitoring and music business. Ann has served as an advisor to US Congressmen, City and County Commissioners, and has been strategy advisor and manager of mayoral campaigns on the East and West coasts.

Ann has an MBA in finance and marketing from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in New York and a BA in Government from Smith College in Massachusetts. She is certified in various group facilitation methods, executive coaching, leadership assessment and training systems. Ann has two grown daughters, lives in Portland and Bend with her husband and thrives on exploring the Pacific NW wilderness and other corners of the world.
